Basic Investor Information

City Sketches, Inc. (CSI) has a partnership distribution
deal with Nu-Groove Records, based out of the Northeast and the music
is distributed through IDN. CSI investors are recording budget
partners and they are also investors in the marketing process. In 2007,
CSI investors can sign up for electronic alerts to access the Annual
Report and Proxy Statement online.
CSI also produces Music shows throughout the United States. In 2005,
they produced the Croton Point Park Music Festival, which was a
historic event, drawing over 6,000 people, the largest such event in
Westchester County, NY. Sponsors and investors can also take advantage
of partnership, which would include advertising strength on top
stations for Smooth Jazz throughout the US and Bermuda.
CSI is also associated with a patent on a major item that will make
news in approximately 12 months and will shape the way people download
and pay for music online, whose payments currently are not seeing their
way to the artist's pockets.
