There are a variety of ways
that our participating partners can help support the Croton Point Park
Jazz Festival 2005. This page summarizes the benefits and available
options. For current information on available booths and sponsorships
please refer to the Inventory
page. Our simple 2-page agreement gets you up and running for the
festival. Simply contact us at the numbers below.
WHY BE A SPONSOR?
Our corporate sponsors contribute in
several ways, as outlined below. All sponsoring vendors are listed on
our web site's sponsors page.
Primary
booth locations - your choice of all remaining open booths,
including many "reserved" just for sponsors on a first come-first
serve basis.
Site
Clickthrough Capability - As we begin to add vendors to our site,
should you have a website, you may forward us a logo to click through
into your page at no extra charge.

Special mention in our
Brochure. Corporations can include a mission statement and
Company Logo.

A
special "sponsorship" indicator at your booth.
Your
own signage during the specific event sponsored which recognizes your
company's support.
Access
to additional special event sponsorships (e.g. the optional Tuesday
evening events)
Option
of purchasing a presentation slot in the Vendor Track. A room has been
set aside for the entire conference for vendors to do their own
presentations, demos, etc. Only 28 sessions are available to be
purchased and these will be offered first to our sponsoring vendors.
Space
size: 9 x 18. There will also be additional security during
Saturday overnight, although all vendors are responsible for
their own respective property.
All
other rules and regulations apply according to contract.
Due
to our intent to maintain as broad a spectrum of product and service
offerings as possible, only a limited number of additional booths are
being made available
EVENT SPONSORSHIPS
Participating partners may
purchase one or more shares for each event they are helping sponsor.
Signage at each event highlights the event's sponsors and this year we
will again provide additional recognition in the form of an indicator
right at the booth of each of our sponsors.

OTHER SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

to vendors that have rented booth space)
Advertising
Inserts - these will be placed in the
registration bags. Price PER item (where one item may be a single
brochure or stapled pages) is
included in your fee. Exhibitors are responsible for producing
the inserts and shipping them to the conference in time for inclusion
in the registration bags (see Freeman Exhibitor Kit for further
information).
Festival
Brochure - The conference program is another option for
sponsorship and the primary sponsor for this will be provided a full
page 2 color advertising space on the inside cover. Half page
advertising space is also available throughout the program.
Be
Creative! - One of the main reasons our Festival will
be successful will be because of the generous and creative support of
our Entrepreneurial partners. If you have an idea that you'd like to
